The process begins with an in-depth technical analysis of your design. The pcbwhiz platform checks component availability in real time, identifies bottlenecks, and suggests technically equivalent alternative parts. Simultaneously, our engineering team subjects your data to a comprehensive Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) review. By validating the layer stack and SMT/THT specifications, we guarantee error-free assembly and maximum production efficiency.

Following technical approval, we initiate PCB fabrication and handle the complete procurement of all SMT and THT components. Through our global network of renowned manufacturers and distributors, we guarantee superior component quality and maximum availability. Our proactive supply chain management ensures that all parts are ready for production on time and in full compliance with specifications.

We realize your assemblies using state-of-the-art SMT assembly lines for maximum precision and speed. Complex components and mechanical parts are integrated via specialized THT processes (manual or wave soldering). Our hybrid manufacturing strategy combines fully automated processes with artisanal precision, allowing us to manufacture both prototypes and production runs with maximum process stability and optimal cost-effectiveness.

Every assembly is subject to a rigorous quality protocol: starting with SPI (solder paste inspection) to prevent soldering defects, followed by a mandatory FAI (First Article Inspection) to validate the setup. We perform intensive standard optical inspections, supplemented by 3D AOI and optional customized functional tests. This process guarantees that every circuit board is both visually and functionally in exact compliance with your specifications.

Following final approval, your assemblies are securely shipped. Through our consolidated in-house production, we maintain full process control until final delivery.
